Orders

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by LEEJAY, customers will be sent written confirmation via email. Any alterations to that order will also be confirmed with the customer via email notification. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with the FedEx/UPS tracking number. Please note, an order placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of purchase for order processing, however we strive to ship all orders placed before 4:00pm EST on the same day as purchase. Given the handmade nature of our products, items that become sold out may not become available again for a few weeks. We appreciate your patience.  LEEJAY reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. Shipping Speeds 

LEEJAY offers the following shipping methods and estimated transit times:

  • USPS Ground  ………………………… 1 to 5 Business Days
  • USPS Worldwide Expedited ……………….. 1 to 5 Business Days
All transit times begin after product is processed and shipped.  Estimated transit time for international shipment assumes normal customs approval without delay.  All shipping methods are not available for all destinations.

Require Signature For Delivery

While reviewing the shopping cart page at the beginning of the checkout process, checking the box marked “Require signature for delivery” will indicate that the shipping provider (often USPS) must require a signature or other acknowledgement of receipt prior to leaving the package at its destination.  LEEJAY is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the packaged is confirmed delivered by the shipping provider.  If “Require signature for delivery” is not selected, customer is agreeing that packages may be delivered and left even when a recipient is not present, and such packages will be seemed delivered per the shipping providers standard confirmation.  If “Require signature for delivery” is selected, and for some reason the recipient is unable to provide a signature or other acknowledgement and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be the customers responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided by LEEJAY.

Returns & Exchanges Orders may be returned to get a store credit or exchanged within five (5) days of the original order’s arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain, intact and undisturbed, any security tags, labels, seals, stickers, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped. In order to return or exchange, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packing, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted. Merchandise received by a customer as a result of an exchange is not considered a new or original order, and may only be re-exchanged at the discretion of LEEJAY Customer Service. LEEJAY is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for exchange. If an item is eligible for return or exchange, within five (5) days of your original orders arrival, after following the above indications, ship your item to:

Within your shipment you must also include a brief note that contains (1) your name, (2) best contact email, (3) best contact phone, (4) your order number, (5) if you wish to return or exchange and the reason for doing so, (6) in the event of exchange please indicate the item you would like to exchange your order for, and (7) the address for where your exchanged item should be shipped. Upon receipt of your shipment, a member of our customer service team will contact you in order to process your store credit or exchange, and to address any issues of availability, difference in cost, and shipment. Upon the completion of that processing, your store credit or exchange will be processed and/or shipped. We do not guarantee the availability of any items for exchange. Availability is determined only upon the completion of exchange processing. If the item you wish to exchange your original order for is not available, you may have the option of receiving a store credit for a future purchase. To expedite your store credit or exchange process, in addition to the instructions above, please feel free to also contact us at INFO@LEEJAYJEWELRY.com. All of the above rules will still apply, however we may be able to accommodate your unique needs better if we can be notified of your situation as soon as possible. For example, issues such as reserving product availability or expediting processing, may sometimes be offered via personal communication with our team. Any such actions are subject to LEEJAY team discretion and availability. Defective Merchandise In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within three(3) days of the items delivery and we will gladly give you a store credit or exchange your order for a correct or non-faulty item. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for refund or exchange. LEEJAY is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place. If you receive incorrect or faulty merchandise, please contact us via email at INFO@LEEJAYJEWELRY.COM within three (3) days of your items delivery. In your message please include (1) your name, (2) best contact email, (3) best contact phone, (4) your order number, (5) a description of the defective nature of your order (6) and the address for where your exchanged item should be shipped. Soon, a member of the LEEJAY Customer Support team will contact you to process your request. Processing procedure and evaluation of claims will be at LEEJAY discretion. Once the legitimacy of your concerns are confirmed by our team, your request will be processed and remedied ASAP. In returning incorrect or faulty merchandise, all of the standard rules of our Return Policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any time. In the event that your original order is no longer in stock, you may receive a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item. Since all situations vary, our team will make efforts to accommodate your specific needs as much as possible. Repair Policy LEEJAY will repair any jewelry purchased through LEEJAYJEWELRY.COM within three (3) months of the items purchase that has incurred damage as a result of normal wear and tear, and reasonable use. However, in order for the repair to be performed, all components, pieces, crystals, and parts must be provided by customer. Since all LEEJAY items are handmade, some variation may occur. LEEJAY cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through extraordinary circumstances or unreasonable, unexpected, or reckless use and treatment. Any such determinations of use and treatment will be at LEEJAY discretion. If damaged components must be replaced, they will be replaced with components as close to the originals as possible, at the discretion of LEEJAY. In your email please provide (1) your name, (2) best contact email, (3) best contact phone, (4) your order number, (5) a description of the damage to your item and how it occurred (6) and the address for where your repaired item will be shipped. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. If your items are in need of repair at any time or for any reason not addressed above, please feel free to inquire at INFO@leejayjewelry.com. Product Care LEEJAY jewelry is handmade with intricate detail and delicate components. Therefore, all pieces must be handled gently and with great care. Every piece requires delicate handling. Every piece should be stored in a jewelry box or another appropriate setting. For example, do not casually toss jewelry into bags or allow jewelry to hang loosely in luggage. In order to maintain its appearance and feel, we do not recommend cleaning the jewelry. However, you may use a dry, soft, jewelry specific cloth to gently remove dust. Due to the delicate nature of each crystal, please take care of your pieces in an appropriate manner to prevent chipping or cracking. Do not use any liquid cleaning solutions of any kind. Please enjoy and handle with love and care! Privacy Policy LEEJAYJEWELRY.COM (“the site”) takes your online privacy very seriously. The sites privacy policy is governed by the following. Any and all use of the site constitutes acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy immediately cease use of this site. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. By using or purchasing any product through LEEJAYJEWELRY.com, you agree to our policy. When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may occasionally send you informative, product, and sales related emails to your address on file. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, please notify us at any time of your request to be removed from our communication contact list. However, these automatically stored cookies do not contain any of your personal information, financial/home address, etc. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Policies.
